Le présent marché fait l'objet d'un groupement de commandes.Les membres du groupement de commandes, légalement autorisés par délibération de leurs instances délibératives, sont les suivants :- la Commune de Noisiel, collectivité territoriale, coordonnateur du groupement ;- le Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) de Noisiel, établissement public.Le groupement recourra à la technique d'achat de l'accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande, passé avec maximum .Les prestations sont réparties en trois (3) lots. Chaque lot constitue un marché distinct. - Lot no1 : Restauration collective scolaire et périscolaire, maximum 950 000 euros HT par an ;- Lot no2 : Restauration collective personnes âgées CCAS, maximum 70 000 euros HT par an ;- Lot no3 : Restauration collective petite enfance, maximum 100 000 euros HT par an ;Le marché prend effet à compter du 1er janvier 2024 pour une durée de quatre ans, avec possibilité de résiliation annuelle.
