Description
The project requires removal of the embankments through Overcairn farm, excavation of an inset floodplain/river corridor and construction of new-set back embankments as indicated in the design drawings, reusing material where possible. Turf is to be stripped, stored and used to re-turf the excavated inset floodplain. Remaining bare ground and embankments will be , seeded and planted. Tenderers are required to complete and provide all information required in accordance with these instructions, the Conditions of Tender and the Invitation to Tender submission document. Tenderers submissions should answer each of the questions outlined within the ITT. 11.6 Contracts will be awarded on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender with 60% of the overall evaluation score given to quality and 40% of the overall evaluation score given to price.
