Description

Die Hamburg Port Authority AöR (HPA) benötigt für verschiedene Anwendungen (u.a. die E-Vergabeplattform oder das Dokumentenarchiv) PDF-Formulare. Seit 2004 werden die ca. 600 Formulare mit einer Anwendung von Adobe erstellt und bearbeitet. Die bisher genutzte Software besitzt aber keinen Support mehr. Hierzu soll nun die Adobe AEM Forms Software (inkl. Support) beschafft werden, da die Software als einziges am Markt verfügbares Tool alle benötigten Funktionen enthält und eine einheitliche Lösung für alle Formulare bietet. Die HPA plant derzeit eine Nutzung der Lizenzen für die kommenden drei Jahre. Lot 1: ADOBE AEM FORMS Artikelnummer beim Hersteller 38058008 AEM Forms umfasst bis zu 100.000 Formulareinreichungen pro Jahr. Laufzeitbeginn 01.12.2023 - Laufzeitende 30.11.2026
