Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Lebensarbeitszeitkonten für die Mitarbeiter der Mitteldeutschen Flughafen AG und deren Tochter- und Enkelgesellschaften Flughafen Leipzig/Halle GmbH, Flughafen Dresden GmbH, Flughafen Service Gesellschaft mbH und PortGround GmbH, aufgrund des Tarifvertrag zur Schaffung von Lebensarbeitszeitkonten. Lot 1: Aufgrund des Tarifabschlusses zur Schaffung von Lebensarbeitszeitkonten ist für die Mitarbeiter der Mitteldeutschen Flughafen AG und deren Tochter- und Enkelgesellschaften Flughafen Leipzig/Halle GmbH, Flughafen Dresden GmbH, Flughafen Service GmbH und PortGround GmbH die Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Lebensarbeitszeitkonten zu ermöglichen. Hierzu werden Lebensarbeitszeitkonten eingerichtet und durch Rückdeckungsversicherungen gegen Insolvenz abgesichert.
