Description

Beschaffung einer kongruent, rückgedeckten Unterstützungskasse für die Umsetzung der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge für Führungskräfte des Auftraggebers. Toll Collect gewährt unbefristeten Führungskräften auf arbeitsvertraglicher Basis eine Zusage auf betriebliche Altersversorgung (bAV). Die Realisierung der arbeitgeberfinanzierten betrieblichen Altersversorgung für neue Führungskräfte und zukünftige Führungskräfte ab 2020 soll über den Durchführungsweg einer überbetrieblichen, kongruent rückgedeckten Unterstützungskasse erfolgen. Die Betreuung der Versorgungsanwärter sowie die Leistungserbringung (Rente) soll durch den Bieter erfolgen. Die Entgeltumwandlungen erfolgen auf einem anderen Durchführungsweg und ist nicht Gegenstand des Auftrages.
