Options to reduce carbon emissions are to be identified and reflected in the pricing documents. Assumptions and risk of poor ground conditions and remediation works are to be allowed for and quantified in the price submission to enable to main contractor to assess. Review to be taken from the factual ground investigation report provided by the main contractor
