Lot 1 – Integrated Theatre Systems Supply, delivery and installation of Audio visual products bringing 4K and HD technology into operating theatres for diagnostic and training purposes. Lot 2 – Multi Disciplinary Rooms Supply, delivery and installation of Audio visual products enabling teams to meet remotely or on site for diagnostic and discharge purposes. Lot 3 – Television and Audio Visual Equipment Supply, delivery and installation of TV and AV products. Lot 4 – Digital Signage, delivery and installation of hardware and software for patient information purposes. Lot 5 – Bedside Entertainment Systems Supply, delivery and installation of interactive bedside entertainment equipment providing interactive TV and Wi-Fi services to patients. Lot 6 – Patient Check-In Kiosks Supply, delivery and installation of patient check-in kiosks, enabling patients to check-in for GP and hospital appointments upon arrival. NHS Shared Business Services are looking to introduce a framework where NHS Organisations and other public sector organisation to purchase all their Audio Visual requirements. The provisional lot structure for this framework is as follows: Lot 1 – Integrated Theatre Systems Supply. Delivery and installation of Audio visual products and solutions bringing 4K and HD technology into operating theatres for diagnostic and training purposes, and other associated products and services. Lot 2 – Multi Disciplinary Rooms Supply. Delivery and installation of Audio visual products and solutions enabling teams to meet remotely or on site for diagnostic and discharge purposes, and other associated products and services. Lot 3 – Television and Audio Visual Equipment Supply. Delivery and installation of TV and AV products and solutions, peripheral and other associated products and services. Lot 4 – Digital Signage. Delivery and installation of hardware and software for patient information purposes, and other associated products and services. Lot 5 – Bedside Entertainment Systems Supply. Delivery and installation of interactive bedside entertainment equipment and solutions providing interactive TV and Wi-Fi services to patients and other associated products and services. Lot 6 – Patient Check-In Kiosks Supply. Delivery and installation of patient check-in kiosks and associated services, enabling patients to check-in for GP and hospital appointments upon arrival. This shall be including but not limited to all forms of patient check in equipment.
