Description
NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework Agreement. This PIN Notice is seeking expressions of interest and responses to our RFI document from interested suppliers, this will help shape our new Framework Agreement and ensure it is reflective of the best practices that exist across the supply market. Lot 1.1: Estate & Facilities Management Services - Building Management Systems (BMS) Supply, installation and maintenance of a computer-based control system that manages and controls, but is not limited, to the mechanical and electrical services of a single building up to an entire portfolio of buildings using intelligent standalone controllers, or outstations, to accurately control plant such as boilers, pumps, fans, lights, and security systems in response to changing conditions such as time, temperature and light levels.
