Enabling works for the construction of nine properties to include the removal of contaminated materials (approx. 2000m3), the import of clean inert materials to form a capping layer (approx. 700m3), installation of property foundations (approx. 300m3), installation of retaining wall foundations (approx. 600m3), foul and surface water drainage including attenuation tanks and rain gardens.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. You can now access any attachments by clicking the “Settings and Buyer Attachments” in the “Actions” box.3.
