Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) wish to appoint a single principle building contractor to complete the J.C. Edwards Boundary Wall Heritage Project. This will involve Works to carefully dismantle, reconfigure and repair the existing boundary wall to the former Offices of the J. C. Edwards Tile and Brickworks, and create a community amenity space to the rear with seating, planting and interpretation. This new open space public amenity will be used by the community and visitors and also tells the history of the brickworks and other industries in the immediate vicinity.Please see the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document and appendices and other supporting attachments for full details of the proposed work.These have been published and are available on the eTenderWales (Bravo Solutions) online e-sourcing portal, which can be accessed through this web address: https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk/.
