DTU har behov for konsulentbistand til Computeromes DevOps-team i arbejdet med at modernisere Computeromes cloud- og HPC-infrastruktur med henblik på at udfase nuværende virtualiserings-teknologi og udelukkende basere infrastrukturen på open source-teknologier. Dette er en yderst kompleks og banebrydende opgave, da ingen HPC-organisation hidtil har været i stand til at gennemføre en tilsvarende overgang. Udfordringen ligger i at sikre en fuldstændig transformation af infrastrukturen, hvor alle lag i Computeromes teknologiske stack skal håndteres – fra hardwareintegration til softwareudvikling – inden for et yderst specialiseret felt, der understøtter avancerede AI- og Big Data-løsninger i både sundhedssektoren og forskningsmiljøer.
