Mobile compressor service to West Funen project

Description

The object of this tender is to deliver mobile compressor services. The background of the project is that the Danish government has decided to build a new highspeed electrified railway on West Funen. The new railway track shall be in a ‘transport corridor’ and will be build alongside the existing motorway E20 between Middelfart and Odense. The existing gas transmission line is in that corridor hence the pipeline must be rerouted north of the corridor. The decommissioned pipeline and stations will be removed. The new rerouted 27 km 30” gas transmission pipeline includes 3 new stations L/V-Hedegård, L/V-Klokholm and L/V-Vissenbjerg. The old pipeline 30” pipeline and L/V-Nr. Åby, M/R-Billesbølle, M/R-Koelbjerg and L/V-Blommenslyst will be removed once the new pipeline is in operation. In order to tie-in the new pipeline section at TP-1-2-3-4 the gas in the old pipeline between Middelfart and Bellinge will have to be evacuated all in all approximately 42 km 30” 80 bar natural gas transmission pipeline.
