Bedford Borough Council (the Council) is undertaking a procurement exercise to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified organisation to provide a specialist enforcement service to Environmental Services. The contract seeks to provide a high profile, self-funding enforcement initiative primarily tackling litter and dog fouling enforcement along with breaches of a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO). Bedford Borough Council’s primary focus is for an initiative that will change behaviour towards environmental crimes. Lot 1: No Lots required, one service only
