To play a significant role in encouraging enterprise and assisting with long term economic sustainability and growth, through the design, development and delivery of our products and services.Provision of meeting space and virtual tenancy services designed to support small and growing businesses.There is a management fee, occupancy is currently at 70%. which is what the new operator would be needed to agree to.We are are at this stage looking to review the market and gain a list of suppliers we will be able to inform of the ITT being published.We would ask any interested parties to register a expression of interest.
