This contract provision is based on an initial 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year, since it is dependent on student numbers and continued demand.In supporting this important provision, the successful trainer will support the preparation of final year PhD students as they source and embark on their first career after completing their final studies. In doing this, the trainer will help equip these soon-to-be PhD graduates with those personal skills necessary to make strong first steps in their career outside of the Centre.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
