The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (PFCC) is inviting organisations to tender to provide Independent Road Victim Advisor Service (IRVA). The overall objective of the IRVA Service is to enable those impacted by non-criminal road traffic collisions (RTCs) particularly those bereaved by RTCs and those who are seriously injured, to manage the immediate traumatic impact and help them to cope with everyday life.
