TfL is conducting an early market engagement, which may result in a call for competition for framework contracts which will be awarded by the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN). Under Directive 2014/25/EU (utilities) on the award of Public Sector contracts, as implemented in the UK by the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016. In the event of acceptable submissions, the award of multiple framework agreements to one or more suppliers may occur.
