Land acquisition services, framework agreement.

Description

The contest is for consultancy services within land acquisition. See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the contract. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authorities have spent approx. NOK 200,000 to 300,000 excluding VAT each in the last year. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. Maximum value for each contract, including any options and expected price increases: NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT. See the procurement documents for further information. Lot 1: Sub-tender/zones. Tenders may be submitted for one or more zones. Tenders for lots will not be accepted within an individual geographical zone, neither will alternative tenders. Tenders can be submitted within one or more zones. Zones: Zone 1: Frogn Municipality: (Estimated annual value NOK 300,000 excluding VAT.) Zone 2: Vestby Municipality: (Estimated annual value NOK 200,000 excluding VAT.) Zone 3: Ås Municipality: (Estimated annual value NOK 200,000 excluding VAT.) The estimated values are not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to split the contract between several tenderers and to accept all or parts of a tender. Describe whether there is one or more for the entire contract, or one or more per geographical zone, etc. Please state which zones you are submitting a tender for. Framework agreement The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms. The framework agreement will be valid from and including 2022-02-01 until and including 2024-01-31, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one or more tenderers in each zone, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
