The Whittington Health NHS Trust is proposing to conduct a procurement exercise within the next 12 (twelve) months for the provision of General Practitioner [GP] Services to its Urgent Care Centre, which forms part of the Islington Clinical Commissioning Group’s [CCG] urgent care strategy. The expectation of the resulting agreement/ contract is that innovative primary care services, including the provision of a Virtual Ward, will be provided in the Islington and Haringey localities in accordance with the GP specification.
