Udbuddet vedrører indgåelse af en rammeaftale om levering af service og vedligehold af elevatorer. Lot 1: Dette udbud vedrører indgåelse af en landsdækkende fireårige rammeaftale om levering af elevatorservice til almene boligorganisationer tilknyttet AlmenIndkøb. Udbuddet omfatter udførelse af service og vedligehold af allerede etablerede elevatorer over hele landet, samt elevatorer der muligvis bliver tilføjet i rammeaftalens løbetid. Udbuddet omhandler: • levering og drift af fjernovervågning af elevatorer samt tilkald ved drifts-forstyrrelser. • service af elevatorer, herunder både vedligeholdelsesafgifter og yderligere reparationsomkostninger inklusive reservedele. Alle etablerede fjernovervågningssystemer på eksisterende elevatorer er åbne systemer, som frit kan overtages. Kontrakten vil blive indgået med AlmenIndkøb, som en overordnet rammeaftale med én leverandør. Rammeaftalen kan benyttes af de organisationer, herunder administrationsorganisationer, boligorganisationer og afdelinger, der fremgår af udbudsmaterialets Bilag 1. Den forventede og maksimale værdi af Rammeaftalen er opgjort til 25.000.000 kr. ekskl. moms. Når den maksimale værdi er nået, udvides den maksimale værdi automatisk med 50 %, med-mindre Ordregiver forinden har opsagt Rammeaftalen.
