Drift og vedligehold, løbende kontrol, inkl. lovpligtige kontrol og serviceeftersyn. 2. Døgnservice og udrykning (akutte udkald) til frigørelse af fastsiddende personer i elevatorer. 3. Døgnservice vedr. fejlretningsopgaver og løbende tilstandsarbejder. 4. Eventuelle reparationer og moderniseringer af større eller mindre art. 5. Indkøb af nye elevatorer og rulletrapper.
