Responding to this PIN is not considered an expression of interest and bidders are responsible for registering with the tender as and when it is published. Waverley Borough Council intend to issue a Contract Notice in July 2022 for the procurement of a new contract for the management of its Leisure Services from 1st July 2023. All information contained within the PIN is indicative only and subject to change. Lot 1: This is a prior information notice and is not being used as a call for competition. Responding to this PIN is not considered an expression of interest and bidders are responsible for registering with the tender as and when it is published. Waverley Borough Council intend to issue a Contract Notice in July 2022 for the procurement of a new contract for the management of its Leisure Services from 1st July 2023. The contract will be for the management and operation of Cranleigh Leisure Centre, Farnham Leisure Centre, Godalming Leisure Centre and Haslemere Leisure Centre and shall include the development and delivery of a new Active Communities Programme. The contract will also include the management and operation of a new leisure facility which is planned to open in 2026 and which shall replace the current Cranleigh Leisure Centre. The Council also has plans for investment at Farnham and Godalming Leisure Centres to extend and improve these facilities.A Market Interest Day is scheduled for 20th July which will provide an opportunity for interested parties to visit the facilities in scope, to understand more about the Council’s ambitions for the future delivery of the services and to receive further information on the tender process. Attendees will be strictly limited to two representatives per organisation. To register for the market day, send an email to leisure@waverley.gov.uk by close of play Wed 13th July, confirming names of attendees, organisation and contact details. All information, including any questions and answers from attendees, will be published on the tender portal for any supplier unable to attend. The contract value is anticipated to be the total turnover (£7,259,822 for 2019/20) multiplied by the full potential term (10 years + 5 + 5) = £145,196,440.
