Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) is looking to engage with contractors for the services of the shredding and disposal of Persistent Organic Pollutants Waste or POPs Waste. It is anticipated that the opportunity will be divided into Lots: OCC is looking to understand the marketplace and the options available to the local authority as a result of legislation from the Environment Agency which came into effect from the 1st of January 2023 and all current Regulatory Position Statements. OCC will be looking to engage with prospective contractors in February – April 2025.
