26.84.1020 Malvern And Forster Street MEI.The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Economic Operator(s) to Multi Element Improvement Works, Belfast Region to 15 No dwellings across two locations. For full details Economic Operators must review all the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the Contract Data document and Appendices 01-10. Notwithstanding the date of the Contract(s), it is intended that the commencement date of Works by the Contractor(s) will be Autumn/Winter 2020; however this is subject to change in the Contracting Authority’s absolute discretion
