The services consist of the maintenance, supply and installation of traffic signal and associated equipment within the County of Staffordshire, excluding the unitary authority of Stoke-on-Trent City Council. Staffordshire County is located South of the Pennines and north of the West Midlands, surrounded by the Shire Counties of Derbyshire, Cheshire, Shropshire, and Warwickshire. Lot 1: The services consist of the maintenance, supply and installation of traffic signal and associated equipment within the County of Staffordshire, excluding the unitary authority of Stoke-on-Trent City Council. Staffordshire County is located South of the Pennines and north of the West Midlands, surrounded by the Shire Counties of Derbyshire, Cheshire, Shropshire, and Warwickshire. Additional information: The estimated spend profile is £1.4M - £2M pa (over five years is £7M- £10M and over 8 years £11.2M - £16M). The lower limit of £1.4M is the current contract spend which is funded from existing budgets within the service. The upper limit of £2M reflects anticipated spend levels required to maintain assets up to date over an 8 year period should funding opportunities be available.
