The items expected to be included in this contract are: Calibration visit one/year Preventative maintenance visit one/year Preventative maintenance parts Repair parts and consumables included Weighbridge test Call-outs- unlimited 24/7 technical helpline The contract duration is anticipated to be 3 years plus one 12-month optional extension.
