BT1740 Removal of Soil From the Vale Cemetary Extension Site by Grab Lorry on a Rgular Basis as Required

Excess soil will need to be removed from the Vale Cemetery Extension site on a timely and regular basis as required by the needs of the service. This will be required to stop the build-up of excess soil which in turn will detract from the overall appearance for relatives visiting graves. Working with the cemetery to remove soil during working hours (8am-3pm Monday-Friday), this cannot conflict with funerals that are taking place. This will need to be done within a reasonable timeframe (within 5 working days of receiving a request or by agreement with the Bereavement service manager at time of the request).Please contact bereavement services manager if the original 5 days is not sufficient due to logistical problems at time of order. The soil will need to be removed by use of a grab lorry, and cost should be based on cost per lorry load of soil removed. Size of lorry and maximum amount of soil being removed per occasion must be in the quote. This is because the amount of soil to be removed could vary, depending on the needs of the service.
