**Please note this is not a call for competition** This is a PIN notice for an event for UKRI requirement. UKRI was established in April 2018, operating across the whole of United Kingdom. UKRI is an independent non-departmental public body and brings together nine well established research councils, with circa 8,500 employees (FTE). UKRI are looking to tender Occupational Health Services, to cover multiple councils, at multiple locations, circa 3,800 employees (FTE). Employees are predominantly office based with some degree of external travel within the UK and abroad. In addition to the Polaris House, Swindon Campus, Medical Research Council (MRC) has staff located at MRC Harwell Institute, which comprises the following units: Mammalian Genetics Unit (MGU), Mary Lyon Centre (MLC), and Centre for Macaques (CFM). In addition, occupational health provision will be required for the employees with MRC at the Research Complex at Harwell (RCAH). We would like to invite prospective bidders to attend a pre-market engagement session on Wednesday, 31st July 2024 13:00 - 14:00 via Zoom. The agenda for the day is as follows: • Introductions, • Overview of the requirement, • Procurement overview, • Discussion / Q&A Note that the route to market will be via Find a Tender and Contracts Finder.
