Further details are available in the briefing note which can be downloaded. Completing surveys to a sample of 100 of the Association’s stock of approximately 1000 rental units, located mainly in the Bellshill and Motherwell areas of North Lanarkshire. Producing a report on stock condition, and comprehensively update existing life cycle costing spreadsheets. Note that the capability and capacity to assess energy efficiency will also be required.
