NWUPC are undertaking market engagement for the renewal of the NWUPC/CPC Furniture Agreement FFE3103 NW which is due to expire 30/04/2023. The current agreement has the following lotting structure: Lot 1: Office Furniture (Great Britain) Lot 2: Office Furniture (Northern Ireland) Lot 3: Residential Furniture (Northern Ireland) NWUPC are seeking the input of the market on Lots 2 & 3 to help inform the structure and scope of requirements of this element of the Framework. As per the above, requirements for our members in Great Britain are covered in a distinct lot and formed the basis of a separate engagement exercise which has concluded. You can find supporting information on the current NWUPC led Furniture Agreement in a slide presentation available at the following link: https://nwupc.ac.uk/Market-Engagement-Opportunity-Furniture Please then complete the accompanying survey: https://enp.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/furniture-ffe3158-market-engagement-northern-ireland Lot 1: Office Furniture (Northern Ireland) Scope of current agreement: Office Furniture (Northern Ireland) includes, but is not limited to, the following scope; the supply, design, consultancy, installation and delivery of Desking (including office, bench, height adjustable, sit/stand desks and reception desking), Tables (including general and flip top), Task Seating (including office, task, specialised ergonomic), General Seating ( including conference/visitor and stackable seating), Storage (including tambour units, bookcases, display units, storage units & cupboards, filing cabinets and pedestals), Screens and Accessories to participating Consortium Members. It is a mandatory requirement that the Potential Provider can supply ALL of the above product types through this Framework Agreement. Lot 2: Residential Furniture (Northern Ireland) Residential Furniture (Northern Ireland) includes, but is not limited to, the following scope; the supply, installation, design and consultancy of Beds, Frames and Mattresses, Bedroom Storage, Study Furniture, Kitchen and Bathroom Storage, Soft Seating and Kitchen and Dining Furniture. It is a mandatory requirement that the Potential Provider can supply ALL of the above product types through this Framework Agreement.
