Fusion21 are seeking feedback on the proposed upcoming tender for the Material Supply and Associated Services Framework. This framework is intended to primarily support Public Sector organisations with the provision of construction materials for the delivery of repairs and maintenance works to domestic properties, including external and communal areas.   It is envisaged that these contracts will be over a multi-year term and will include for the provision of associated services in the delivery of materials, with the objective of improving and assisting organisations to achieve operational efficiencies. Lot 1: General Building Materials We would envisage the provision of, but not limited to the following categories of items: - Aggregates, - Insulation, - Decorating and Interiors, - Doors, Windows and Joinery, - Fixings and Adhesives, - Flooring, - Landscaping, - Plaster and Plasterboards, - Roofing, - Timber, - Tools and Power Tools. Lot 2: Electrical Products We would envisage the provision of, but not limited to the following categories of items: - Cables and accessories, - Cable Management, - Circuit Protection, - CCTV, Access, Fire and Security, - Switches and Sockets, - Heating inc. Thermostats and Controls, - Wiring Accessories, - Switchgear and Distribution, - Electric Showers, - Ventilation, - Lighting, Lamps & LED, - Renewables and Energy Solutions. Lot 3: Plumbing, Heating and Gas Products We would envisage the provision of, but not limited to the following categories of items: - Domestic Boilers, - Domestic Flue Parts, - Domestic Heating Controls, - Valves, - Domestic Heating spares, - Chemicals and filtration, - Copper and Brassware, - Central Heating Pumps, - Radiators, - Storage Heaters, - Commercial Boilers, - Commercial Flue Parts, - Commercial Ancillaries, - Heating Controls, - Heat Pumps, - Water Treatments, - Plastic Pipes and Fittings, - Soil and Waste Pipes, - Sealants and Adhesives, - Baths, - Taps, - Showers, - Shower Trays, - Sanitaryware, - Tiles, - Adapted bathroom items. Lot 4: Managed Services The provision of a range of products designed to the organisation’s individual requirements. This may include adapting and managing an organisation’s existing store, identification of a new site to create a dedicated managed store, adapting an existing own branch to focus dedicated resources/site for Member use and provide van stock management. The scope of materials may include any materials included within the scope of all Lots across this Framework. Lot 5: Kitchens It is anticipated that the scope of materials covered in this lot will include, but not limited to: - Cabinets, - Units and associated shelving, - Doors and drawers, - Worktops, - Kitchen Accessories, - Appliances.
