The Port of Dover is seeking information from suppliers of Stakeholder Management Tools in advance of a procurement process anticipated to be held in 2025. Lot 1: Brief provided as key requirements include: Know who all our stakeholders are, map and categorise all in one place. Assess stakeholder influence vs interest to inform stakeholder engagement approach and prioritisation. Identify and log key relationship managers. Know what people and organisations think about us at any given time on any given topic, highlighting key stoppers and blockers, key risks and issues to address. Predict what people and organisations may think about us e.g. for 'what if' scenario planning. Anticipate/predict which people and organisations may need to know about something and when. Gather information and real-time intelligence into a centralised repository (one source of the truth). Provide easy to use dashboards and reports for Execs/Boards, including on: KPIs Insights Trends Baseline stakeholder survey Annual stakeholder survey Ability for rolling/ad-hoc targeted survey questions Sentiment/support tracker Stakeholder capital measurement - people / planet / prosperity (incl. e.g. procurement, future skills, jobs, tax, decarb and link to health, community funding, public events, volunteering hours, supply chain efficiency and economic impact) Stakeholder activity
