This Prior Indicative Notice is to advertise Hyde Housing Association's intention to invite tenders for the provision of Building Safety Maintenance & Repair Services via a framework to be created by Hyde resultant from the invitation to tender expected to be published during the remainder of 2021. Lot One: Fire & Security Maintenance & Repair Services Lot 1 – Fire & Security Delivery and management of servicing and reactive works to all fire safety systems and security systems including (but not limited to), fire detections systems, emergency lighting, automatic opening vent, dry risers, fire-fighting equipment, sprinkler systems, door entry & access control, warden call, automatic doors / gates, fall arrest systems. Approximated 2500 units for monthly servicing and 3500 units for reactive repairs. This Prior Indicative Notice is to advertise Hyde Housing Association's intention to invite tenders for the provision of Building Safety Maintenance & Repair Services via a framework to be created by Hyde resultant from the invitation to tender expected to be published during the remainder of 2021. Lot Two: Security Maintenance & Repair Services (Fire - Planned) Lot 2 – Fire (Planned) Planned replacement programmes and projects for fire safety systems including (but not limited to) fire detections systems, emergency lighting, automatic opening vent, dry risers, fire-fighting equipment, sprinkler systems. Multiple planned programmes for example emergency lighting system upgrades and one off projects such as temporary fire alarm installations across blocks. Covering 3,500 units. This Prior Indicative Notice is to advertise Hyde Housing Association's intention to invite tenders for the provision of Building Safety Maintenance & Repair Services via a framework to be created by Hyde resultant from the invitation to tender expected to be published during the remainder of 2021. Lot Three: Security and Access Equipment Planned Maintenance & Repair Lot 3 – Security & Access (Planned) Planned replacement programmes and projects for security systems including (but not limited to) door entry & access control, warden call, automatic doors / gates, fall arrest. Multiple planned programmes for example warden call upgrades and door entry upgrades one off projects such as large scale door entry works. Covering 3,500 units. Lot Four: Fire Door Repair Services Lot 4 – Fire Doors (Repairs) Reactive repairs, upgrades and adaptations to fire doors across 3,500 blocks and approximately 35,000 dwellings. Works to include easing and adjusting fire doors, installing and repairing door closers, replacing / installing strips and seals and carrying out other ad hoc repairs. Important Note: Bidders tendering for Lot 4 and Lot 5 will not be able to win both Lot 4 and Lot 5. Hyde will not appoint the same winner for Lot 4 and Lot 5.
