This Prior Indicative Notice is to advertise Hyde Housing Association's intention to invite tenders for the provision of Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance Services via a new framework to be created by Hyde resultant from the invitation to tender expected to be published during the remainder of 2021. Lot One: Grounds Maintenance (including Responsive Tree Maintenance and Gardening) Grounds Maintenance (including Responsive Tree Maintenance and Gardening) Grounds maintenance services to amenity land, residential communal gardens, verges and allotment areas, works will include; a) Supply of grounds maintenance Equipment/Materials upon request from the contract administrator to support locations where services are still delivered by Hyde b) Grounds Maintenance linked to agreed service level specifications dependant on property type and landscaping, which will include grass cutting, border and shrub work, hedge maintenance and c) Gardening services where customers are wanting an enhanced service provided to maintain their communal gardens. Responsive tree maintenance works to include the surveying of trees, attending in an emergency to make safe and completion of maintenance works. d) The cleaning of Estate Signage e) Completing and issuing of Play Area Inspections and attending to routinely clean the equipment Lot Two: Communal Cleaning and Window Cleaning Communal Cleaning and Window Cleaning Services (including minor pest control i.e. removal of maggots & vermin from bins and bin storage areas) Lot 2 - Communal Cleaning & Window Cleaning (including minor pest control) Cleaning services and works to communal areas of residential properties including; a) Routine Communal area Cleaning b) Window Cleaning to residential properties both internally and externally for communal areas, and where defined in the service specification to the externals of customer properties. This service will be delivered using a pole reach method and abseil on taller buildings if/where required. c) Supply of Cleaning Equipment/Materials upon request from the contract administrator to support locations where services are still delivered by Hyde d) Graffiti Removal e) Pest control f) Replacing communal light bulbs Lot Three: Japanese Knotweed Japanese knotweed control and eradication services and works on Hyde owned land, covering residential gardens, communal gardens, amenity land and open spaces, including (but not limited to); a) The identification of Japanese Knotweed b) Mapping of Rhizome and identification of risk to properties c) Submission of treatment plans and the carrying out of agreed works d) The provision of Insurance backed guarantees This Prior Indicative Notice is to advertise Hyde Housing Association's intention to invite tenders for the provision of Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance Services via a framework to be created by Hyde resultant from the invitation to tender expected to be published during the remainder of 2021. Lot Four: Waste Management Servives Waste Management services and works to residential locations including (but not limited to); a) Where additional or new services are required the provision of Bin hire and at all locations included in the contract the management of existing bins (including those as part of council service contracts) b) The arranging, completion and evidencing of Bulk rubbish collections c) Routine Cleaning of communal bin stores and of bins d) Controlling of pests, mice, rats, maggots, fly etc. within waste collection areas and bins e) The recording and monitoring of waste to landfill and provisions of solution to aid with eductionl This Prior Indicative Notice is to advertise Hyde Housing Association's intention to invite tenders for the provision of Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance Services via a framework to be created by Hyde resultant from the invitation to tender expected to be published during the remainder of 2021.
