Procurement For All is a Procurement Consortium providing EU compliant Frameworks for public sector organisations to draw down from. This PIN notice is to inform potential interested Service Providers to a new provisionally titled Heating Servicing, Maintenance, Installation and Associated Services Framework that will be available to a variety of public sector originations throughout the whole of England and Wales. The Framework is anticipated to be split into Lots to cover services within the heating servicing, maintenance, installation and associated services within, but not limited to, the following areas; — Gas (including Flue and ventilation). — Electric. — Renewables (primary focus on Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Underfloor & Overfloor Heating and Biomass Boilers). — Solid Fuel. — Oil and LPG. — Alarms (CO and Fire). — Full Compliancy Heating services encompassing all the above areas. Please note all heating areas will require their relevant energy performance certificates provided by the Service Provider and all products used, methods of work and labour used to be fully accredited for the area of work in accordance to the requirements for the work in England and Wales for e.g. but not limited to micro generation for Solar PV products and installers and Gas Safe registered installers for Gas heating work. It is expected that the Framework will be available for domestic, commercial and communal properties and covering a multiple of public sector category buildings such as the housing sector (Housing Associations etc.), academic properties, religious properties, leisure and entertainment, as well as properties included in defence (e.g. Ministry of Defence) and public order and safety (e.g. Fire and Police). Procurement For All has included within this Prior Information Notice details regarding a proposed ‘Heating Services Discovery Day’ commencing 1.2.2016, in Manchester. This will be to discuss with appropriate interested Service Providers the initial ideas we have for the Framework as well as any potential additional areas within the public sectors heating compliance market. This will help ensure the Framework is competitive, therefore able to attract the maximum customer usage possible whilst encouraging suitable Service Providers to bid for the Framework.
