FMI har behov for at indgå en aftale om at forlænge varigheden af den eksisterende kontrakt med KMD A/S om drift og applikationshåndtering af KESDH (Forsvarets Koncernfælles Elektroniske Sags- og Dokumenthåndteringssytem) med yderligere 3 måneder. Som følge heraf påtænkes indgået et aftaletillæg med KMD A/S om forlængelse af ovenstående kontrakt. FMI's eksisterende kontrakt om drift og applikationshåndtering af KESDH (Forsvarets Koncernfælles Elektroniske Sags- og Dokumenthåndteringssytem) er indgået efter gennemført udbud i medfør af forsvars- og sikkerhedsdirektivet, jf. udbudsbekendtgørelse nr. 2014/S 165-295520 af 29. august 2014. Kontrakten blev tildelt KMD A/S, jf. bekendtgørelse om indgået kontrakt nr. 2015/S 245-445962. Se endvidere bekendtgørelse med henblik på frivillig forudgående gennemsigtighed nr. 2022/S 243-701866 og nr. 00747143-2023.
