To review of office space in our Kings Inn office, present proposals for a supply and fit upgrade of the space subject to the requirements as laid out in Appendix 1 Requirements and Specifications. Following an on-site inspection of the facility, the tenderer should provide a detailed proposal on the implementation and approach to providing a modern upgrade to our current office facility including fit-out. The proposal should cater for all labour and product costs and be supported by a detailed implementation plan and project delivery timeline. We consider the following key outputs for the project: • Upgrade provides space for 5 Manager offices. • A breakout area for staff. • Optimum utilisation of floor space, accounting for roughly 25-30 staff, with due consideration paid to providing sufficient desk space, lighting, electric and wiring, air conditioning, and other key structural matters as well as relevant laws and regulations. • Products should primarily relate to transferable assets that can be dismantled and moved at a future juncture as required. • Options to facilitate a small number of meeting spaces for non-management staff members with a recommendation on the most suitable option forming part of the final proposal. • A modern decluttered open working space with informal catch-up areas embedded within the layout.
