Description
The Service Provider will be required to partner with the Léargas team and third parties to provide day to day business and IT operational support, technology advisory services, systems planning and implementation, assist with the management and implementation of business projects, ICT procurement, incident management and general IT support. The Service Provider will also be required to familiarise themselves with the business and IT requirements of managing the EU Erasmus+ programme in Ireland, current service, system setup, and subsequently advise and assist with continuous changes / improvements during the term of the contract. The term of the contract will be for 3 years. Lot 1: The objective of this RFT is to identify a suitably resourced, multi-disciplined service provider with the knowledge and experience to provide; business management and ICT support services to assist in the implementation and management of required business programmes; end user support including staff skills training in the processes and tools necessary to manage required business programmes; ICT infrastructure management and support services; (hereafter referred to as ‘the Services’) for Léargas.
