EXPLOITATION, MAINTENANCE, INSTALLATION ET FOURNITURE D'EQUIPEMENTS DE MULTIPLEXAGE DANS LE CADRE DU RESEAU ULTRA HAUT DEBIT (référence : 2023-08_DWDM) Lot 1: L'accord-cadre a pour objet l'exploitation, la maintenance, l'installation et la fourniture d'équipements de multiplexage dans le cadre du Réseau Ultra Haut Débit (RUHD), faisant suite à une précédente procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert déclarée sans suite pour cause d'infructuosité. Le marché est passé selon une procédure avec négociation soumise aux dispositions des articles L2124-3 et R2124-3 1°, R2161-12 à R2161-20 du Code de la Commande Publique (CCP). La procédure de sélection des candidats se déroulera en 2 phases successives : une phase de sélection des candidatures et une phase de sélection de l'offre économiquement la plus avantageuse. La valeur estimée de l'accord-cadre est indiquée pour sa durée maximale, toute période de reconduction confondue.
