La SNCF a pour objectif d'interconnecter ses gares en région parisienne par un réseau télécom destiné notamment à transporter des flux de vidéosurveillance. A cet effet, la SNCF souhaite mettre en place un contrat portant sur l'acquisition de tronçons de fibres optiques noires. Lot 1: Acquisition de tronçons de fibres optiques noires en location ou en IRU. La valeur estimée des prestations à fournir en vertu du présent accord-cadre, par l’ensemble de ses titulaires, est d’un montant de 3 760 000 € HT. La valeur maximale des prestations à fournir en vertu du présent accord-cadre, par l’ensemble de ses titulaires, est d’un montant de 4 512 000 € HT.
