Description

Ørsted's (Orsted's) Qualification System (OQS) has been established as a scheme to improve efficiency and reduce costs of sourcing various services related to offshore wind farms, in this instance for Geotechnical Investigation services (OQS-GTI). The Orsted affiliated contracting entities covered by the OQS-GTI are listed in Section VI). When an additional contracting entity is added to the list, an additional notice will be published. These contracting entities covered by the OQS-GTI may use the OQS-GTI as a means of calling for competition cf. Article 44 4. (b) of Directive 2014-25-EU. Please note that the admittance to the OQS-GTI does not guarantee the applicant award of contracts and that the contracting entities reserve the right to publish individual contract notices for specific contracts when deemed appropriate and/or necessary, even though the contracts relate to the product and service categories covered by the OQS-GTI. The preparation of the bidder lists will be based on the suppliers which have passed the qualification procedure cf. Section III.1.1) without further notification in the ‘Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Communities’ (OJEU/TED).
