Conwy County Borough Council is seeking to appoint one suitable Supplier to each Lot for the supply and delivery of new lighting fixtures and associated accessories to Venue Cymru.The supply will be for: -Lot 1 – Fixed LED Profiles, Profile Lenses, Fresnels, Pars and Cyc LightsLot 2 – Moving Spot and Wash LightsSuppliers can select to tender for one Lot or both Lots.Please refer to the tender documents for full details of the project requirements.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=147244.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. Venue Cymru has successfully obtained an Arts Council of Wales grant to fund the replacement of a large proportion of the theatre’s theatrical lighting rig.Final invoices must be submitted to Conwy County Borough Council prior to or on 05 March 2025 in order for the funding to be released to Conwy County Borough Council from the Arts Council of Wales. If this deadline is not met by all parties, it is unlikely this project will go ahead.(WA Ref:147244)
