To erect Factory Extension, incorporating single storey manufacturing storage areas, fire partitions, access via new roller doors, parking, signage, concrete and asphalt yard, connection to public water, surface water, electrical works, fire and alarm protection and all ancillary works. The works are to be carried out in a live production environment operating on 2shift basis with constant requirements for deliveries and final product collection at all times.
