Multi Party Framework Agreement for Maintenance works to Traveller specific group housing and halting sites [in 2 Lots] for Dublin City Council. Lot 1: Group Housing Sites comprising the following sites: • St. Marys Park, Finglas • Avila Park, Close and Gardens, Finglas • Northern Cross, Belcamp Lane • Grove Lane • Cara Park and Close, Coolock • Kylemeore Grove, Ballyfermot • Bridgeview, Clondalkin • Labre Park, Ballyfermot , Other Sites within the City and County of Dublin as directed from time to time. Lot 2: Halting Sites comprising the following sites: • St. Margaret’s Park, Ballymun • St. Joseph’s Park, Finglas • St. Dominic’s Park, Belcamp Lane • Tara Lawns • Wards Field, Belcamp Lane • Area A, Belcamp Lane • St. Olivers Park, Clondalkin, Other Sites within the City and County of Dublin as directed from time to time. The Framework will be formed under the Open Procedure. Admissible Tenders meeting the minimum suitability criteria set out in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire will then be evaluated against the Award Criteria set out in the Instructions to Tenderers and appendices. Tenders have the option of submitting Tenders for individual or both Lots, there is an opportunity to price Forms of Tenders for each Lot. A maximum number of 6 Candidates meeting minimum Award Criteria requirements and scoring highest on the Tender Award Criteria will be deemed successful and be admitted to each Framework Lot as Framework Participants. Each Framework Lot will be operated and managed by Dublin City Council. The Budget of the Framework is not exceeding €2 million per Lot and the maximum Term of the Framework is 24 months. Framework Participants will be assigned work through the issue of Task Orders in accordance with the Contract. The Call off Methods are set out in the draft Framework Agreement in Volume E of this pack. Please note that this project is subject to funding.
