WWETB is seeking submissions from competent service providers to develop a programme around People, Change and Inclusion. The programme will be tailored to a specific college but will set out a model of engagement that can be shared across other WWETB schools, Centres and Colleges. WWETB is inviting tenders from suitably qualified service providers that are confident that they have both the level of expertise and the capacity within their organisation to develop a programme around People, Change and Inclusion. This will include consultation with staff members and WWETB Senior Management Team, setting up a support structure for the programme, analysing feedback from staff to understand the requirements, and developing a programme that can be implemented locally by staff. It will also provide support in the scoping and development of sub-projects to support the broader agenda around People, Change and Inclusion and will include support on new ways of working and a collegial environment across the College.
