Description
Sandwell MBC (the Council) are seeking to appoint a contractor for the provision of planned and reactive repairs and maintenance services. The requirement is split in to two (2) lots: • Lot 1 – General Building Fabric across the Council’s Public Assets (excluding council housing assets), to include emergency response and reactive repairs and planned minor works and refurbishment of planned maintenance projects. • Lot 2 – Mechanical and Electrical Services to include statutory inspections and servicing, emergency repose and reactive repairs and planned minor works and refurbishment or planned maintenance projects (excluding council housing assets). Additional information: Please note this is a 4 year contract with the option to extend for a further 1 (one) year Lot Lot 2: Mechanical and Electrical Services Please refer to the SQ and ITT Documents.
