This service specification will form part of the contract between, The Borough Council of Sandwell ("The Council") and the Provider for a comprehensive, high quality and cost-effective cycling provision that engages non-cyclists, individuals with low cycling proficiency and confidence, those seeking to enhance their cycling abilities, and those aspiring to acquire skills through the utilisation of non-standard cycles, also known as adaptive cycles.
