Durham County Council (“the Council”) is seeking to appoint a Provider to print the Council’s Durham County News (DCN) Magazine (“the Magazine”) 4 times a year (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter). The Council may also have a requirement to print a Guide to Services and an Essential Guide to Summer Fun (together “the Publications”). Both Guides are currently subject to Council review, however, the Guide to Services would be required to be printed in the New Year and the Council’s Essential Guide to Summer Fun would be printed in July.
