Westminster City Council (WCC) and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) have launched a market engagement survey to inform plans for the procurement of tuition services for the Bi-borough Special Educational Needs (SEN) service and Bi-borough Virtual School. We are keen to hear directly from providers who deliver quality tutoring services that help children and young people with a range of needs reach their full potential. This Market engagement questionnaire is issued by Bi Borough - Westminster City Council (WCC) and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC). It seeks market feedback about Tuition services, the level of interest and provider experience. It is important to fill out this questionnaire to provide valuable feedback and insights to WCC and RBKC.
