Westminster City Council is seeking to work with a single Provider who can offer dedicated capacity to assist and empower victims and perpetrators of Anti-social Behaviour (ASB) to access the right support, to manage a range of needs and social distresses that can affect an individual’s mental health and in doing so, alleviate pressure on services. The contract is expected to run for 2 years with an option to extend for a further year. Through this market engagement exercise WCC is trying to understand the appetite in market, ability and experience of Providers to assist WCC in reaching its strategic goals in the delivery of this contract. This opportunity will run as tender process, and we expect to publish the Contract on or around Spring 2025 (subject to change) on Jaggaer which is our online procurement portal. The tender is aiming to launch in December 2024 (subject to change). The Authority reserves the right, at its own discretion, to withdraw from the process and pursue alternative routes to market for the provision of this service, should it decide to do so.
